We proudly ship worldwide – no matter where you are, we'll get your order to your doorstep.
2. Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 5 to 25 business days, depending on the destination country.
In remote areas, delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance or logistical restrictions.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.
No processing or shipping takes place on weekends or public holidays.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping carrier information.
5. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
Saint Élysée is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
All costs incurred during or after shipping (customs duties, taxes, import fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Providing a correct and complete delivery address is the customer's responsibility.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs will be charged for reshipment.

The stated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
External factors such as customs inspections, delays with the local courier, or international transport issues may affect delivery.
